Air filter cartridges

In manufacturing its products, Filter Technics follows the common principles and construction philosophy
of leading vacuum pump and blower manufacturers.

These criteria are also applied to the production of air filters used in these fields, which is why Filter Technics FILTER CARTRIDGES are completely interchangeable with the originals. The filtration level varies depending on the filter media used, for example: 5/10 micron polyester, 5/7 micron cellulose, 30/60 micron stainless steel mesh, etc.

Flow rates from 1 to 5,000 m3/h are guaranteed for each type of filter and filter cartridges are manufactured according to customer specifications, with:

Use of special filter media, which can guarantee a filtration level of up to 2 microns;
Availability of filter media with BIA certification (if required by the cartridge’s application)
Fully stainless steel construction
Production of plastic end caps, combined with mesh and filter media of your choice
Application of special flanges for non-standard cartridge housings
Diversified selection of gasket types, models, types, and materials
Manufacturing of reducers and adapters.

The above exemplifies a type of production that can adhere to and conform to the needs of each individual application and for any sector, with the certainty that each filter produced by Filter Technics is checked at every stage of the manufacturing process, minimizing the possibility of error.
